Hello everyone,
This is my fourth day in Bangkok. Marco is doing an excellent job in showing me around the place. He tells me what i should go and do/see and how to get there. Subsequently it is my job to misinterpret his instructions and end up somewhere totally different. But slowly but surely i am getting the hang of Bangkok. In the past days i have seen the Royal palace and the connecting temple, I saw buddha's in all positions, including lying down and smiling. Nice to see. But it is a shoes on shoes off affair.
Tomorrow i am going on a cycle tour of the old part of Bangkok. i am looking forward to that.
The night golf was very cool. You start of in semi-dark and end up in pitch dark. However, the course is light up like a candle. The caddies are very good in spotting balls as long as you do not stray too far from the fairway. I played a reasonable round of golf after recovering from almost killing a diver on hole one and scaring a bird on the 5th..
Well I will report again soon.
